1983年畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)系，獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；1986年和1991年分別于中科院計(jì)算所獲工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位和工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1986年至今在中科院計(jì)算所從事科研工作，先后擔(dān)任研究實(shí)習(xí)員、助理研究員、副研究員和研究員。期間，1992年至1993年任國(guó)際勞工組織（ILO）系統(tǒng)分析專家；1996年至1997年美國(guó)加州大學(xué)伯克萊分校訪問(wèn)科學(xué)家。目前擔(dān)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院計(jì)算技術(shù)研究所研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師、網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究部主任、網(wǎng)絡(luò)方向首席科學(xué)家。
