簡 歷：
1986年本科畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)信息物理系，1988年碩士研究生畢業(yè)于西安電子科技大學(xué)物理系電波傳播專業(yè)，1988年作為該校唯一入選的國家公費(fèi)研究生，被派往法國里摩日大學(xué)繼續(xù)深造。1992年獲光纖通信專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。歷任軍委裝備發(fā)展部某研究所研究員、中心主任、總工程師，并于2009年12月當(dāng)選中國工程院院士。
先后獲得國家科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，軍隊(duì)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)；1997年被評(píng)為全國優(yōu)秀科技工作者；1999年榮獲“中國科協(xié)求是杰出青年獎(jiǎng)”,入選“新世紀(jì)百千萬人才工程”；2006年榮獲“第九屆中國青年科技獎(jiǎng)”；2008年被評(píng)為“中國青年五四獎(jiǎng)?wù)聵?biāo)兵”；2010年獲何梁何利基金“科學(xué)與技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)”。主要論著：
